propertyascend.com is operated by Entropy Flow, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you enter in the buy-box form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your buying criteria (counties, property types, price range, and any notes).
- Consent records: whether you agreed to receive emails and, separately, text messages, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
- Technical information sent with the form: your IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source).
We don't use advertising trackers or pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To match properties to your buy box and email you about the ones that fit.
- To text you about matching properties, only if you checked the separate text-message box. You can reply STOP at any time.
- To keep a record of your consent and of any request to stop receiving messages.
- To keep the form safe from spam and abuse.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers (for example email and hosting providers) only to run this service on our behalf.
Your choices
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any text message.
- Update or delete your information: email acquisitions@propertyascend.com. We'll update or delete your buy box and contact details, keeping only the minimum record needed to honor an opt-out.
Retention and security
We keep your information while you want to hear about matching properties, and delete it on request. We protect it with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Children
This site is for real estate investors and is not directed at anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
